Reputation Rhino established a customized online business review management process to improve ratings and reviews for two restaurant locations in the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City.

THE PROBLEM

High rents, increased operational and food costs due to inflation, difficulty retaining and attracting employees, and remote and hybrid work arrangements that followed COVID-19 are just some of the many challenges facing restaurants in New York City.

Our client’s two restaurants had generally positive reviews, almost four stars, but in the competitive New York City restaurant market, even four stars are not enough.
